The Chelsea top is loose fitting, flowing, and lightweight. A bold, contrasting print wraps gently around the sides of the body to create a pleasing transition from back to front. The printed rayon skims over the back of the body with the help of a pleat. The soft hemline falls from high in the front to low in the back and creates a feminine silhouette.

Elegant top

Whenever I wear this top, I get compliments. I gave one to my sister, who lives out of the country, and she, too, gets compliments on it. I can wear it with jeans, leggings or a slimmer style skirt to dress it up. The sleeves are long and not constricting, unlike other store-bought tops, and the pleat in the back allows room for movement without fear of binding or riding up the body.
