Hours

Our mail order desk is usually open Tuesday to Friday, 9 to 5pm MST. You can call us during those hours if you would like to talk to someone in person. Please feel free to email us anytime. Orders are processed within 5 working days, unless advised otherwise. 



Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipping Fees are determined by destination address and chosen method of shipping. All Canadian orders are subject to sales taxes, which are collected at the time of check out. 

At this time our website is offering free shipping over $250 within Canada. 

 

International Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import tariffs charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices or Canada Post shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

European Union (including Germany)
Imports may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the local postal service.

  • Germany: Most shipments incur import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer), and some may include customs duties plus a processing fee from Deutsche Post/DHL.

United Kingdom
Orders may incur import VAT, customs duties, and postal handling fees, depending on item value and category.

United States (We have currently paused our shipments to the USA as of Fall 2025)
Most parcels under USD $800 enter duty-free. Higher-value items may be charged duties or additional processing fees.

Australia & New Zealand
Shipments may be subject to GST, duties, and postal handling charges.

Other Countries
Import rules vary. Customers should check local customs requirements before ordering.


Insurance and Tracking Your Order

Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping and handling charges. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped -- please ensure that the email you have provided us is valid. Track your package via Canada Post; follow the instructions given on their home pages.


Shipping Returns & Replacements


In order to return or exchange mail order goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once authorized, said item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days. 
Customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items. All returns must be fully insured. We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.
All returns must be received in original condition.
Returned goods may be exchanged for another item, or for store credit, equal to the amount of said goods.  Refunds are not offered at this time (except in the case of damaged or defective goods).  Sale items and discounted merchandise are all final sale.
