The beautiful drape and weight to this fabric makes it the ideal short-sleeved dress for many seasons. Layer this piece over a turtleneck or mock neck and tights for an easy cool weather look. This 2.0 version has a dropped waistline where the original band would end. And is 3" shorter in length than the original version.
