Solmate Socks {CREW} Polkadot
These whimsical and mismatched socks are the perfect way to celebrate color everyday! Wear with LOVE.
Solmate Socks was started by Marianne Wakerlin with the simple idea that "Life's too short for matching socks." As a lifelong textile artist with a wonderful eye for design and keen instinct for buisiness, she knew there was a market for beautifully crafted mismatched socks made in the USA. These socks are designed and made in a mill in Vermont, knit from the ingenious repurposing of recycled cotton to the finished knitted product.
"As a Certified B-Corporation, Solmate socks are part of a global movement of businesses working together for a positive change. All products are knit from pre-consumer, recycled cotton yarn. They collect remnants from t-shirt factories that would normally go into a landfill, grind them down and re-spin them into their own yarns."
{fabric content}
62% (recycled) cotton/22% (recycled) polyester/ 15% nylon/ 1% lycra
All socks are machine washable and dribble. They recommend washing in cold or warm water. Socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again.
{sizing}
US/CAD sizing:
SMALL (women 6-8/men 5-7)
MEDIUM (women 8-10/men 7-9)
LARGE (women 10-12/men 9-11)
XLARGE (women 12+/men 11-14)
If you are in the middle of two sizes... these socks will shrink a bit, but they also stretch. If you like your socks to fit snug, then opt for the smaller size.
